Are you passionate about digital transformation, design and innovation? DXC Consulting has an exciting opening for a Practice Partner - Experience Design. This is a client facing role where you will draw upon your Experience Design and Consulting experience to build DXC presence and profile in the ANZ market, oversee Experience Design projects, and manage a team within a Practice comprised of Service Designers, UX Designers across ANZ.

This role will be based in Sydney and will work a hybrid mix of in the DXC office to collaborate and drive team engagement, customer visits when required, and from home to allow you to better balance your life.

**What will keep you busy**:

- Contribute to the delivery of experience led projects
- Pursue and cultivate trusted advisor C-level relationships to drive client value
- Identify and collaborate with industry, digital and client account leadership to drive consulting business
- Lead a team to identify issues and prioritise efforts to address these issues and frame solutions to solve problems
- Develop and grow the user experience consulting team through the identification of talent, set development plans for the team and proactively involve peers to create client value and expand the experience design footprint
- Understand current and future client needs and frame them to deliver realisable client value
- Solution governance - manage pre-sales and delivery capacity to balance team workload, sales conversion, and revenue achievement through quality outcomes
- Innovate and disrupt the market in the way that experience design solutions are sold and delivered to customers

**What will make you a good fit for the role**:

- Senior level experience within a sales and delivery environment in a consulting or large organisation environment
- Track record running an experience design team across Service Design, User Experience Design, User Research etc
- Leadership skills to coach and guide team members with delivery and pre-sales responsibilities, managing competing priorities to deliver required targets every quarter
- Capability to drive design leadership, oversight, and engagement across multiple consulting offerings to market
- Deep understanding of public/private sector, with a network of relationships at senior levels
- Deep understanding of private and public sector clients and expertise in developing solutions and leading advisory engagements. A network at senior levels and a track record in building meaningful relationships in major accounts by becoming the trusted advisor / thought leader and supporting the required sales disciplines
- Excellent client engagement, communication, and presentation skills
