Reporting to the Technical Delivery Manager, the Principal Technical Consultant will play a lead role in in leading and supporting the delivery of Access Manager projects by ensuring the technical deliverables are completed successfully within agreed performance criteria to enable enhanced health service delivery.

Duties will include:

- Manage the design, planning and implementation of Identity Management solutions, ensuring alignment with best practice design and delivery frameworks.
- Manage the development, publication, implementation and compliance of all program/project(s) deliverables and related standards and procedures at an enterprise level.
- Lead the assessment, analysis, development, documentation and implementation planning of complex IM/ICT changes, including the evaluation of risks to the integrity of infrastructure inherent in proposed implementations.
- Conduct regular maintenance, updates, and deployments to the Identity and Access Manager solution.
- Identity, analyse and remedy data consistency issues impacting the integrity of the Identity and Access Manager solution.

- Designing systems and providing expert knowledge in relevant design standards, techniques and methods and tools for large scale complex organisations in some or all of the following hardware and software:

- NetIQ Identity Manager driver development
- Virtual Infrastructure
- Windows, Unix and Linux Server Operating Environments,
- Cloud and Directory Services - Entra/AzureAD, eDirectory and ADFS
- ServiceNow integration and PowerShell Scripting
- Experience in delivery ICT solutions in a large, complex, federated and geographically dispersed environments.
- Experience in the design, publication, implementation, compliance and delivery of technical solutions to industry best practice frameworks for large scale, complex IM/ICT program/project(s), preferably in the health care industry.
- Demonstrated experience in the assessment, analysis, development, documentation and implementation planning of changes for large complex IM/ICT program/project(s).
- Demonstrated high level analytical, conceptual and problem-solving skills with a proven record in the assessment and evaluation of technical requirements within a complex IM/ICT environment.

The following experience will be highly regarded:

- Strong experience and knowledge of Identity Management Solution design and implementation.
