Our client is seeking an experienced Care Manager or Senior RN (Vietnamese or Mandarin speaking is highly desired) to join their management team to oversee the clinical operations of a 90-bed modern Aged Care facility located in Carramar, NSW.

**The Role**
- Responsible for managing the clinical duties of a 90-bed Aged Care facility in Ballarat, Victoria
- Provide leadership support to the clinical and support staff
- Responsible for the recruitment and selection of staff
- Directly report to and work alongside the Facility Manager

**Requirements/Skills**
- Current AHPRA registration
- Full Australian Working Rights
- Minimum 4 years working as a Registered Nurse in Australia
- Registered Nursing qualification
