Are you looking for a change from the 9 to 5 grind? We are looking for our next Production Operator to join the Wetherill Park team. Work 3 days, have 4 days off

**The Role**

Our Wetherill Park site in Sydney is our Milk Based Beverages (MMB) hub for the eastern seaboard. The site manufactures both Fresh and Extended Shelf-Life products, including our short pack format MBB and Ultra Heat Treated (UHT) long-life unrefrigerated milk. This state-of-the-art facility has benefited from past and ongoing large-scale investment and produces 75 million litres of some of Australia's most loved dairy products including Dare Iced Coffee, Dairy Farmers, Farmers Union, and Big M.

We have a great opportunity for a Production Operator to join the team You will be responsible for ensuring all production functions are carried out in an effective, efficient and timely manner and for delivering product safely, of the highest quality, at the lowest cost, with mínimal waste in the correct quantity.

We don't require previous manufacturing experience, however strong problem-solving skills, Mechanical aptitude and positive attitudes are highly regarded.

**Please note**the shift pattern is: 12.33 hours per shift Thursday, Friday, and Saturday from 6am to 6.20pm, 3 days on and 4 days off.

**Responsibilities**
- Working in positions throughout the production department involving all aspects of manufacturing operations
- Adherence to our quality, safety and environmental systems and practices
- Documentation as required by our HACCP system
- Assisting maintenance team in trouble shooting of equipment as required
- Participation in continuous improvement activities

**About you**
- Strong computer skills, able to learn and operate control systems (large part of the role)
- Good communication skills and ability to work and collaborate in a team
- Comfortable using technology for production, safety, quality, and reporting
- Commitment to teamwork and safe working practice
- Intermediate mechanical aptitude
