We are looking for a mature aged Farsi-Speaking Female support worker who is able to work ongoing Monday 10am to 2pm, 3.30pm to 7.30pm and Friday 10am to 2pm

Roles will personal hygiene, upskilling or capacity building and community engagements
- Care Aid Australia works closely with clients to support their daily activities, social inclusion, and community access, as well as to encourage and promote an active, healthy, and positive lifestyle._

Qualifications & Experience
- Diploma Disability or relevant qualifications (Mental Health/Youth Work)
- Experience in Disability Services (Desirable)
- A CURRENT First Aid & CPR Certificate (Essential)

Mandatory
- A CURRENT Working with Children’s Check
- A CURRENT NDIS Worker Orientation and Screening Check
- Hold a current unrestricted Driver's Licence and have access to a reliable car (covered by full comprehensive insurance)

Tasks & Responsibilities

Work alongside our clients to support and assist them with all aspects of daily living, community access and social inclusion.
- Provide a person-centred approach to Client care;
- Support Clients to meet their individual NDIS goals;
- Encourage and assist Clients with daily activities, home care, personal care, social inclusion and community access as required;
- Assist and support Clients to live a more fulfilled and independent life;
- Focus on the Client's abilities and needs;
- Attend group activities with Clients and be engaging and supportive;
- Transport Clients as required;
- Promote and assist Clients to live an active, healthy and positive lifestyle;
- Follow all organisational policies and procedures
- Prompt time management, arrive 5 minutes before shift starts

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: From $32.73 per hour

Licence/Certification:

- First Aid Certification (required)
- National Police Certificate (required)
- Driver Licence (required)
- NDIS Screening (required)
