Welcome to Spectrum As a Support Worker, you play one of the most important roles within our Aged Care team. Every day, you get to **feel good** about the work that you do, to empower your elderly clients to live independently in their own homes for longer.

**What you need, to apply**:

- Certificate III or IV in Home & Community Care, Aged Care and/or Individual Support
- Victorian Driving Licence and a registered insured vehicle
- Current Covid-19 vaccinations 3 dozes of Covid-19
- Current First Aid and CPR certificate

**But most importantly**
- The desire to change lives for the better through your care, compassion and personalised connection with your clients and their loved ones.
