**About the role**
We are looking for a **Product Support Specialis**t to join our team at Mobility Aids Australia in Springvale. As the first point of contact, you will play a key role in promoting Mobility Aids Australia as a leading retailer of mobility equipment and ensuring a positive and seamless customer experience.
- Permanent Part time position: Tuesday - Thursday (8:30am to 4:30pm)
- Competitive hourly rate of $29.88 + Super + Salary Packaging benefits
- Greet customers, offer expert guidance on product features and demonstrate solutions tailored to their needs
- Assist with Sales transaction and Prepare sales report
- Handle cash sales and process transactions
- Prepare and process customer orders and coordinate delivery or pickup of goods
- Maintain up-to-date records of customer interactions and sales activities
- Perform end-of-day procedures, including securing products and locking up the facility
- Act as the main point of contact for customer inquiries or concerns, resolving product issues or complaints quickly, professionally, and with empathy to ensure satisfaction
- Work closely with the operational team to ensure smooth inventory management.
- Support the implementation of operational processes
- Foster strong relationships with customers and allied health providers, such as Occupational Therapists, through proactive follow-ups and prompt responses to inquiries
- Collaborate effectively with team members, managers, and external vendors to ensure seamless operations and exceptional service delivery

**About you**
- At least 2 years’ experience in Health Care/Assistive Technology sales
- Knowledge of the Aged Care & Disability equipment specifically on mobility aids
- Knowledge of enterprise resource planning systems such as GreenTree
- Previous experience in product support, customer service, or a related field.
- Excellent Customer Service skills and ability to adapt to any situation
- NDIS Screening Check and permanent residency
