**The Role**

- Working alongside Paid Social & Programmatic Traders on various client campaigns.
- As a Media Manager, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing digital Social strategies, managing budgets, and achieving client goals.
- Take ownership of end-to-end delivery of social campaigns, exceeding client expectations.
- Collaborate with the Regional Lead, analyse performance, and integrate services with search and display teams.
- Plan and execute account strategies, identifying opportunities for account growth.
- Embrace a culture of managing by outcomes, empowering individuals to take responsibility for their work.
- Continuously develop and learn, exploring new technologies and approaches in DSP, ad serving, data providers, and more.

**About You**
- Must have extensive experience in managing performance Paid Social campaigns.
- Familiarity with display space, including traditional reservation buys, RTB, and Paid Social performance campaigns.
- Retail experience is a bonus.
- Bonus points for experience in running programmatic campaigns.
- Comfortable with data analysis to provide insights and recommendations.
- Excellent team and client management, organisational, and interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and multitasking ability.
- Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Communications, or related fields.
