**YOUR OPPORTUNITY**

We are excited to hear from experienced planners and schedulers. You will work closely with our Field Service Technicians to ensure they are compliant to attend our customer sites and perform their duties to always ensure customer satisfaction. You thrive in a fast paced environment with competing priorities where you will be proactive and have a high level of initiative.

This is a** permanent, full-time** opportunity and will be based around a **Monday - Friday **roster at **Bullivants Perth, WA**.

**Your key responsibilities include, but not limited to**:

- Liaising & managing with our customers to schedule and deploy technicians to site
- Booking of flights and accommodation for the technicians
- Ensure technicians are compliant for site though site access databases
- Planning, quoting jobs, creating purchase orders, invoicing and credits
- Collaborate with internal sales team and other internal stakeholders

**To be successful, you will have**:

- Demonstrated Planning and Scheduling experience
- Confident in liaising with internal and external stakeholders
- Computer Skills (Excel, Word and App based programmes, e.g. Assigner)
- Self-directed, initiative-taking multi-tasker with strong attention to detail
- Strong communication and the ability to build rapport quickly and effectively

**Desirable skills**
- Previous experience with scheduling
- Product knowledge and willingness to learn quickly
