**Gold Coast Area Leader**
Yo-Chi is on an exciting journey of growth, and we’re seeking a passionate and experienced Gold Coast Area Leader to help shape our next chapter. With five high-volume venues across the region - backed by an incredible culture and a team of driven, successful individuals - this is a rare opportunity to lead one of the brand’s strongest portfolios.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Lead a high-performing team of Venue Leaders, fostering accountability, collaboration, and continuous growth.
- Step confidently into high-demand situations, balancing team support with operational execution.
- Be hands-on and unafraid to get on the floor when needed - leading by example and living the brand.
- Drive results across all venues, ensuring KPIs, service standards, and financial targets are consistently achieved.
- Partner with marketing to amplify local engagement and connect our venues to their communities.

**Your Journey**:
Before officially stepping into the Area Leader role, you’ll complete an immersion phase as a Venue Leader, gaining a deep understanding of Yo-Chi’s operations, people, and culture. This phase sets you up to lead with clarity, credibility, and confidence.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Minimum 2 years of proven multi-site leadership experience in QSR.
- A people-focused leader with a proven ability to coach, uplift, and empower teams.
- Strong operational and commercial acumen, with confidence managing P&Ls, labour, and COGs.
- Proactive and resilient - thrives in fast-paced environments and leads calmly under pressure.
