**About the role**:
The Area Leader’s main objective is to oversee the successful running of all Yo-Chi's Noosa and Sunshine Plaza venue, by leading, mentoring and providing structure to the Venue Leader and their direct reports.

Reporting to the National Operations Manager, responsibilities include:

- Developing high performance venue teams, who are passionate about providing amazing customer experiences
- Supporting Venue Leaders with the recruitment and onboarding of new team members & leaders
- Working closely with Venue Leaders to drive sales, COGS, labour and profit & loss results
- Managing weekly reporting between venues and the Support Team, and ensuring each venue receives the focus and support it needs
- Setting up new venues and ensuring compliance with all Yo-Chi procedures and operational standards
- Identifying local marketing opportunities and working with the Marketing Leader to implement them.
