**Job Description**:
We are looking for a talented and data-driven Marketing Executive to help to plan, develop and oversee marketing campaigns to promote Financial Review Events and Lists. Under the direction of the GM (Marketing), you will be responsible for helping deliver marketing campaigns to grow our events and lists revenue across digital and print. You'll help develop engagement opportunities for AFR Live and AFR Lists using data and insights to deliver a continuous program of work to engage and retain our audience.

Day to day you will:

- Project manage and execute aspects of the marketing campaigns on allocated projects to drive registrations, list entries and branding value for partners.
- Work across collateral development and implementation that includes creation of eDMs, print and digital advertising, website pages and social media
- Project manage key internal stakeholders including editorial, subscriptions, advertising as well as external strategic partners, sponsors and agencies.
- Assist in managing marketing budgets for assigned projects
- Measure and report on effectiveness of campaigns, modifying where needed to ensure ROI
- Exercise initiative and creativity in developing marketing campaigns to reach target audiences for new and existing events and/or lists
- Work with the GM (Marketing) and Program Directors to ensure a thorough understanding of target markets and an evidence-based approach to reaching and converting them.

**Qualifications**:
Who you are:

- A self starter with experience in a similar role.
- Experience in end-to-end marketing and campaign management, including campaign planning, creative briefing, execution and post-campaign analysis.
- Experience with CRM or marketing automation tools is desirable but not essential.
- Proven ability to meet deadlines, multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Energetic, flexible, collaborative and proactive.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills including developing strong internal and external stakeholder relationships.
- Experience with Salesforce or similar platforms will be an advantage
