**About the Opportunity**

ASC are seeking a number of Recruitment Business Partners to join our Recruitment Operations team for a permanent opportunity, based out of either Osborne, SA or Henderson, WA.

These newly introduced roles will provide a consultative approach to resource decisions, working closely with hiring managers, Heads of Department, Capability Leads and Executives to provide market insights, recommendations and innovative solutions to challenges across their assigned business units.

Our Recruitment Business Partners will work in tandem with our People & Culture Business Partners to attend department meetings and present on key activities, recruitment progress and other metrics as needed, providing a 360 view of resourcing activities.

This diverse role will also provide opportunity to:

- Collaborate with our Talent Acquisition Lead (TAL) to develop creative sourcing strategies and draw on current partnerships to support active vacancy recruitment,

**Skills & Experience**
- A minimum of 10 years' experience within a recruitment function
- Team leadership experience (desirable)
- High value customer account management (if from agency background)
- Demonstrated experience in a similar role with specific experience in leading recruitment partnering solutions within a complex program
- Familiarity with PageUp ATS (desirable)
- Experience in resource planning and gap analysis
- Ability to interpret recruitment analytics and metrics
- Ability to grow and maintain strong and trusted stakeholder relationships
- Effective project management skills with well-developed time management skills to plan workload, manage priorities and meet deadlines

**Eligibility**

This role requires a current National Police Clearance and an Australian Defence Security Clearance. Your eligibility for this role is dependent on you obtaining and maintaining such clearance.
