**Missions**

You are 18 to 28 years old, EU citizen, with the professional project to kick start your career with an international assignment in a growing organization leader on its segment?

The Training Coordinator will work alongside the Training team to ensure Transdev Queensland are adequately trained to support business performance. This role will provide training support, advice and assistance to internal and external stakeholders regarding the Learning Management System (LMS), its processes, content and general training needs.

The Training Coordinator will work in collaboration with other business functions to ensure that any changing requirements are met and ensure that we maintain a high performing, engaged workforce through targeted and innovative training programs.

A key requirement of this role will be managing and maintaining the company’s LMS, ensuring curriculums, modules and records are well maintained with a focus on strong data integrity and compliance.

The main missions consist in:

- Support the development, implementation and maintenance of training programs and material that drive and enhance a safety and customer centric culture including the Certificate III in Driving Operations for the business.
- Provide administrative support to the Training team.
- Provide support and advice to stakeholders for projects requiring a training element.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with external training providers.
- Coordination of group training needs for the business.
- Maintain, support and administer Transdev’s LMS ensuring curriculums, learning pathways, modules and records are well maintained with a focus on strong data integrity and compliance.
