- Attending/leading daily pre-start meetings to address all site requirements;
- Assisting with Scheduling, forecasting, procurement and management of materials, plant and personnel;
- Contributing to the development and implementation of SWMS;
- Leading a crew for minor asphalt repairs;
- Overseeing traffic control set ups;
- Carrying out road maintenance activities including but not limited to vegetation clearing, graffiti removal and minor concrete repairs.

This opportunity is based in McGraths Hill and will be supporting the wider Sydney Road Asset Performance Contract with day and night shifts as required.

To be successful in this role you will have similar experience within civil construction working on road infrastructure projects. You will have excellent organisational skills with demonstrated ability to work within tight deadlines. You will have the ability to positively influence and lead a team/subcontractors. You will also need an active HR Licence and White Construction Card with skid steer and excavator experience.
