Your Impact

As an Educator at Goodstart Banksia Grove, you will be a team player, who is flexible and willing to support our centres and children when and where required. You put safety first with everything that you do and ensure all learning experiences are inclusive and respond to the needs of all children.

You’ll help achieve this by

Engaging, and supervising children at all times
Maintaining a safe environment for children, families, and team members
Building and maintaining strong, positive relationships with children and families
Complying with National Quality Standards and Goodstart policies and procedures
Supporting a culture of reflective practice and ongoing continuous improvement

Our Centre

You can find our centre right next to Banksia Grove Primary School and directly behind the local community centre on Viridian Drive
Parking available in front of the building and a bus stop directly beside us
We are an 82 place centre
Our centre provides care and education for children from 6 weeks to 5 years of age
We have an amazing team of long-term permanent educators, ensuring continuity and strong relationships with our children and families
We are proud to have a culturally diverse group of families attending our centre

If you have strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards, plus hold a Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education (ACECQA approved equivalent), then we want to meet you
