Mentors required to support participant in their own home, in the community, to appointments.

Must have Certificate 3 in Individual Support/Disability

Wage will be paid at HOME CARE 2.1

NDIS Clearance or Police Clearance & Working with Childrens

First Aid and CPR (in date)

Manual Handling

Medication Administration

Safe Food Handling

A reliable Smoke free car/Insurance

Covid safe Training

NDIS Orientation Module

Covid Vaccination

**IMPORTANT PLEASE READ MUST HAVE AVAILABILITY OUTSIDE SCHOOL HOURS**
- **No time wasters, must have availability, this is not flexible, must be ready to work with all the above certificates and have excellent English and understand mental health, we are not offering active overnights.**_
- **Added bonus if you can do shifts at short notice and passives (connected to active hours)**_
