We have an exciting opportunity for a Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) Administrator to join one of Perth’s leading maintenance companies within the Rail Industry at their East Perth facilities. This role will be permanent full time and could have the option of working within our client’s Nowergup facilities a couple of days a week.

**Duties**:

- Workplace Heath and Safety (WHS) Administration
- Support in the development and maintenance of systems and procedure
- Support the HSEQ Coordinator with incident statistics and hazard report
- Update registers
- Prepare updates for onsite meetings
- Assist the GRC Manager as required
- Maintain the Rail Industry Worker System (RIW)
- Assist the Training Coordinator as required
- Assist with document control
- General admin duties including, filing data entry etc

**Hours**:

- Monday to Friday
- 38hrs per week
- Proven experience within an administration role
- Experience working within a rail/transportation or infrastructure environment (desirable)
- Understanding/awareness of the Rail Safety Act & Regulations (desirable)
- Understanding/awareness of Quality, Safety, Environment management systems (desirable)
