Robert Half have several exciting contract roles in the Human Resources Support space right now. We have both long and short-term contracts, many with the view to a Permanent opportunity when the contract ends. We are recruiting for roles in the Education Sector, the Printing Industry, and local Government to name a few.

**The Role**:

- Day to day responsibilities will include:_
- Organisation and planning of diversity and inclusion team activities
- End to end recruitment activities including placing job adverts, phone screening, interviewing, and on boarding
- Provide advice and assistance on the full employee life cycle
- Undertake WHS activities as required, including compliance checks
- Prepare project related documents and presentations
- Administration of reward and recognition activities
- Organisation and planning of corporate social responsibility team activities
- Review and analysis of company policies and practices

**You**:

- Prior experience in general HR administration (desirable), however if you are a recent graduate of a HR discipline
- we would love to hear from you
- Desire to learn and grow within Human Resources
- Excellent time management
- Valid driver's license
- A positive, results orientated approach
