**Accounts & Purchasing Officer**

We’re looking for a **detail-driven, organised, and proactive** team member to join Skala Bakery in a role combining **accounts administration** and **purchasing**.

**What you’ll do**:

- Process accounts payable & receivable
- Reconcile supplier statements & follow up on overdue accounts
- Generate invoices & process payments
- Count and reconcile cash from our retail stores
- Place supplier orders & track deliveries
- Monitor stock levels & assist with purchasing decisions

**What you’ll need**:

- Accounts/bookkeeping experience (preferred)
- Purchasing or procurement knowledge an advantage
- Strong attention to detail & accuracy
- Good communication & organisational skills
- Proficiency with accounting software & Microsoft Office

Pay: $70,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
