**About this role**:
Join one of Australia’s leading architecture practices as their Contracting Manager. With award winning projects across sectors such as Education, Public, Transport, Defence, Health, Heritage, Urban Futures, you will be joining a practice that thrives on sustainable yet functional designs.In this role, you will be within the delivery team and managing a larger portfolio of clients to oversee the end-to-end cycle of all the contractual needs. This will involve negotiating, all contract conditions, risk management, and legal matters. You will work closely with directors and project leads to support with progression and resolution of disputes at delivery phase.
**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of contracts involving tendering, negotiation and contract extensions. Resolving any issues regarding legal matters and providing expert and up to date knowledge on policies and procedures
**. **Track and prepare subcontractor agreements and provided risk management. Consistently ensure the practice is working in accordance with legislation and policies.

**Skills and Experience**
- Must uphold a degree in property or construction law. At least 7 years as contract manager in Construction/property/architecture industry. Exceptional knowledge on contract legislation and terminology Confidence and ability to deal with complex contracts in professional and timely manner.
