**Community Sales Consultant.**

InvoCare is looking for a Community Sales Consultant to join its vibrant sales team. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a range of different religious churches and organisations looking for burial space they can call their own, within our Memorial Parks. With the ever-increasing need for more burial space, this role has come about with the growing demand from a variety of community groups to secure resting places for their parishioners.

**About you**:

- Previous experience managing sales revenue and quota targets.
- Strong marketing and networking ability.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- An ability to display compassion and empathy.
- Fluency in English.
- Good computer literacy skills.
- An appreciation of the sensitive nature of a sales program in the Cemetery and Crematoria industry.
- Ability to remain confidential and discrete.
- A smart and commercial approach.

**About the role**:
Being the first point of contact for families and the community, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and sales by being the expert on our sites, products and services.

As such, it is essential that you are comfortable with discussing products and services to this end. Your continued success will be achieved through extensive networking within the community and by making direct contact and reaching out to potential clients.

Furthermore, it is vitally important to have the ability to listen, learn and understand the different customs, traditions and religious practices of our various Communities to ensure we meet the needs of the families we serve.
