Working for one of Australia's leading Pool Company, with over 65 years experience in the Industry. Hays, are on the look out for the next diamond in the rut to join this team on multiple projects across Sydney. Whether you've got pool experience or not, this company are on the look out for a Plumbing Supervisor to join their team.

**Your new role**

In this role, you would be required too:

- Take charge of your own team and allocate the tasks at hand
- Read and interpreting blueprints to assess or plan plumbing installations and layouts.
- Work to a schedule and complete the duties in a safe manner
- Help with ordering

If you're new to the Pool Industry, my client are willing to train you up to standard within the Industry before slotting you into a Supervisory role.

**What you'll need to succeed***
- Trade Qualified Plumber with leading hand/supervisor experience
- Able to work in a fast paced environment
- The ability to manage a team in a safely manner
- Strong communication skills with colleagues and contractors
- Great attitude and work ethic
