The Compass Group Recruitment team are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic **Food and Beverage Supervisor** to join our team at **Newington College**. This role is suited to an experienced front of house supervisor - whether from an events, restaurant, catering or hotel background.

**About the Role**
- Shift management
- POS and cashiering
- Ordering, stocktake, and rotation of supplies
- Rostering, training, and leading small team

**About You**
- Demonstrated experience in a similar role
- Competent Barista
- A strong leader with the ability to manage a team
- High level of attention to detail
- A friendly, customer-focused attitude
