**About the Role**

As Front of House, you’ll be the welcoming face that makes every guest feel at home. You’ll combine customer service, presentation, and attention to detail with a genuine love for people and connection.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Greet and check in guests with warmth and confidence.
- Keep the venue looking vibrant, clean, and inviting at all times.
- Answer questions, manage bookings, and support smooth guest flow.
- Support your team in creating a lively, connected atmosphere.
- Ensure guests leave feeling better than when they arrived.

**About You**
- Friendly, confident, and customer-focused - you know how to make people feel welcome.
- Experience in hospitality, guest services, or spa/wellbeing venues preferred.
- Organised, reliable, and proactive in a busy environment.
- Tech-friendly and comfortable with booking/payment systems.
- A team player who thrives on connection and community.

Pay: $24.95 - $41.95 per hour
