Our Production Operators are at the heart of what we do. It can be a great job opportunity, and we’re proud that some people stay with us for years. However, we know it’s not for everyone. You don’t need technical skills, but you do need a great work ethic and attention to detail. In this role:

- Working in a slaughterhouse environment, your job is to collect, prepare and package animal tissue, along with the necessary quality documentation.
- You’ll follow clear processes with focused concentration, using the skills and techniques taught to you by our experts.
- Your team's goal is to achieve its daily production targets while meeting high-quality expectations and working safely at all times.

- You’re **not faint of heart**. You’ll be working in a slaughterhouse environment, so it’s not for the squeamish. But we’ll give you all the support and training you need to succeed.

You’ll also need:

- The ability and readiness to start work between 5.30am and 7am. (The good news? You’ll do a great day’s work and be away by mid-afternoon).
- Reliable transport of your own - there’s no public transport to the site.
- Good physical fitness and the willingness to attend a full employment medical, including a drug and alcohol screen.
