Wagners is currently looking for a Concrete Production Trainee to join our Toowoomba plant. This traineeship will see the successful individual play a key role within our concrete division by gaining an understanding of all aspects of the production and delivery of our concrete.

**Key Tasks and Responsibilities include**:

- Batching and slumping concrete to meet customer specifications
- Ensuring products and services meet all quality requirements
- Completing daily pre-starts
- Gaining an understanding of efficient and effective truck allocation
- Taking customer orders in a professional, friendly manner
- Ordering required materials for the plant

**Skills and Experience**:

- HR licence (desirable)
- Ability to operate a front-end loader (desirable)
- Strong communication skills
- C class (Car) license
- Ability to work under pressure
