We are seeking a Finance Analyst to join the Development finance team on a 12-month fixed-term contract based in Brisbane.

This role is responsible for supporting financial processes across Qld Development Projects. Specifically, the Finance Analyst works closely with the Development Team to ensure that financial outcomes of Lendlease developments are reported accurately and in a timely manner.

Reporting through to the General Manager Finance - Origination & Conversion, your key tasks in this role will include:

- Assist in the preparation of financial reporting and analysis at a project level including forecasts across all financial KPIs and cost report generation
- Support the compilation of project level financial results for monthly management reporting
- Budget management including updating and reviewing actuals compared to budget and preparing a project re-forecast on a monthly basis
- Responsible for accounting system management including general ledger and trial balance ownership

You will bring at least 3 years of accounting experience along with relevant tertiary qualifications and recently qualified or working towards your CA or CPA qualification. You must be able to demonstrate excel and software system skills. Your excellent communication skills will be supported by your ability to work in a fast paced, ever-changing environment working both autonomously and as part of a team. A property background will be advantageous.
