**Our Client**
Human Resources Manager opportunity within a global business and CEO reporting line. This role would suit a seasoned HR Manager with a proven ability across all operational / transactional facets, complemented by an interest and desire to support strategic initiatives as the business continues to grow and evolve.

**Description**
Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, your duties will include, but are not limited to;
- Operational Generalist HR guidance and support to all internal departments and stakeholders across their five core geographical locations
- Hands on leadership to an established team of 4 direct reports and 5 indirect reports
- Escalation support for all employee relations, coaching and best practice matters.
- Assist with ongoing strategic initiatives, such as Engagement Surveys, Leadership Development, D&I, Safety & Sustainability, Training and Succession Planning
- Continual maintenance and development of their Global HR policy, ensuring compliance and required updates are accessible to all employees.

**Profile**
As an ideal applicant, you will have;
- Tertiary qualifications, ideally within Human Resources or similar
- Strong business partnering skills, with an ability to manage remote reports
- Strategic leader who can remain involved operationally
- Prior Generalist HR Management experience, including ER, Contracts, Workers Comp, Recruitment, Leadership Development and Policy & Procedure development
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Exposure to either Technology or Production industry sectors
- Resilient and approachable management style, to coach and empower direct reports
