Are you passionate about supporting others to live their best lives? We are looking for dedicated and compassionate **Disability and Mental Health Support Workers** to join our team.
This role requires regular availability for **overnight sleepovers** as well as **afternoon** and **evening** shifts.

**About the Role**:
This role involves providing support to one participant living with autism, an intellectual disability, and mental health challenges, currently residing in an SDA in Officer. You’ll be reporting to the House Supervisor and working closely with them to:
- Provide consistent, person-centred support in line with their behaviour support plan
- Assist with daily living tasks such as personal care, medication support, and household duties
- Encourage and enable community engagement and social participation
- Implement positive behaviour strategies and help build emotional regulation skills
- Maintain clear and accurate progress notes and incident reports

**Essential Requirements**(or willingness to obtain)**:
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Current First Aid & CPR Certification
- Valid Driver’s Licence and access to a reliable vehicle
- Mental Health Training/Qualifications (Not essential but desirable)
