**Technical Recruiter**:
Established over eighteen years ago, we are a growing Melbourne headquartered Software Consultancy with a core focus of delivering business-critical digital products to our clients. Our teams work alongside our customers to dissect their complex problems and convert them into value-driven solutions, combining innovative principles in development, design, analysis and quality automation. We utilise Design Thinking and Agile practices to rapidly create customer and business first software, testing and embracing new technologies and trends along the way.

Fabric Group is growing rapidly over the past few years and we’ll maintain this pace to meet the needs of business growth in the upcoming years. We are in the phase of building our Talent Acquisition team which will be able to provide strong support on meeting business needs through hiring talented people with great technical skills.

**What you will do**:
**Sourcing**
- Draft and refine job descriptions based on requirements from project lead or management
- Maintain talent pool and pipeline to meet the evolving hiring needs of organisation

**Hiring**:

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process and achieve efficient recruitment outcomes to fulfil business and project needs in a fast-paced and challenging environment, which may involve onboarding

**Other**:

- Assess, prioritize, and manage daily activities to align with business objectives and operational urgency, and be transparent in the way you work
- Collaborate with different teams, project leads and management ensuring effective and seamless hiring process
- Ensure recruiting practices are integrated with other HR/Ops team members across onboarding process
- Be proactive working in an environment that often requires agility and pivot thinking in a changing environment
- Contribute in raising awareness of the Fabric Group brand in the market

**What we are looking for**:

- Proven track record as a technical recruiter within a technology consulting company, ideally with some experience within start-up and/or scaleup hiring consultant of software engineer, business analyst, SEDT, etc.
- Be able to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic, fast-paced setting
- Process driven and transparent in the way you work
- Strategic thinker with a knack for problem-solving and a passion for tech recruitment
- Familiar with ATS, google suite, trello and other general office tools

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $85,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
