**Your New Role**
As an Associate Director, you offer 10-12+ years of management consulting expertise with direct engagements led covering strategy, corporate advisory, financial due diligence, business plan development, M&A transaction support, post-merger integration, financial forecasting, market analysis, and more. You'll provide clients with detailed analysis, backed by data and research, sophisticated models and projections, and lead engagements to ensure flawless execution. You will engage with stakeholders at board, executive and management level at Client companies, and a variety of internal experts within the firm.

**Your Profile**
As you will oversee analysts, associates, project leads, you have come up the ranks yourself and are ready to pivot from pure execution to having revenue targets on your pathway to Partner. Your project portfolio demonstrates the ability to drive engagement success across a diversified client base. You are hands on when required, and can light up a board room with engaging presentations and the confidence/authority of an expert consultant. You are career focused and making partner isn't a question of if, it's a matter of when and where.
