**Your New Consultant (or Senior Consultant) Role**
Working in small teams on client engagements, you'll support Client engagements within strategy development, long range planning, innovative solutions, and ultimately create significant value. This will include the resources industry, financial services, healthcare, education, agriculture, and even some government trading enterprises. A broad reflection of the Western Australian Economy. Additionally, going beyond advice, you'll be involved in change management, process improvement (finance and operational), and even ESG and decarbonisation on some engagements.

**Your Profile**
Management consulting is a highly competitive industry, taking on the best and the brightest individuals to tackle the most complex challenges organisations face. You have an exceptional academic performance record, coupled with 1-5 years relevant experience that would transfer nicely into management consulting. You present well in front of executive stakeholders, with your poise and confidence, and are a collaborative and supportive professional. You are a continuous learner, curious, adaptable, and passionate about your career. You have outstanding communication skills across all mediums, possess commercial acumen, and have strong numerical and analytical skills. An undergraduate degree with HD or D average is essential for an associate/analyst role; an MBA is a strong plus if going for a senior associate position.
