The Opportunity

As a Financial Operation Analyst, you will be responsible for providing tools to ensure a clear understanding and view of the financial health of the division. Activities include: Collaborating with our sales and marketing team to deliver forecasting requirements such as annual Management plans, data analysis, financial modelling, providing recommendations, and assisting in implementing new and improved business processes across the finance division.

Role and Responsibilities
- Reporting to the Senior Supply Chain Manager, the Financial Analyst is responsible for providing all tools to ensure a clear understanding and view of the financial health of the DA division.
- Continuously identify improvement areas and provide input to develop new reporting control processes across the team.
- Support the sales and marketing teams by providing monthly forecasts for our home appliances and air conditioning division.
- Analyse sales fluctuation, conduct forecasting, reconciliation and audit reports to Samsung headquarters
- Update monthly, quarterly & yearly profit and loss simulation; conduct forecasting and prediction analysis.
- Review and update ASP & CGS on a monthly basis to obtain accurate and reliable forecasts.
- Review marketing spend requests to ensure ROI, spend is captured in P&L and integrity of information submitted.
- Be a contributor and provide feedback on channel analysis, including sales, margin, profit and trade spending trends.

Skills and Qualifications

**Requirements**:

- Bachelors Degree in Business or Financee
- 2 to 3 years experience in marketing, budgeting and analysis preferable
- Degree qualified with ACA / CPA (or training towards)
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- PC Literate and particularly competent in Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Microsoft Windows
- Be an effective team player and able to build strong stakeholder relationships.
