**THE ROLE**

Reporting to the Director of Food & Beverage, the Operations Manager would be responsible for overseeing the service delivery of all events held at Waters Edge Weddings & Events and offsite venues. To build excellent relationships with clients, managing staff while maintaining compliance with company practices, cost projections and the company vision statements.

Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

- Supervising all function service-related tasks
- Delivering efficient, professional customer service, supervising and directing function managers and staff on the floor, behind the bar and back of house
- Managing all logístical needs relating to offsite events and managing stock levels of beverage and equipment in Waters Edge and any other offsite contracts
- on-the-job training of all service staff while reinforcing and implementing all service-related policies and procedures according to The Fresh Collective Company Service Standards of Excellence.

**ABOUT YOU**
- Previous extensive experience as a Food & Beverage leader in a property with multiple outlets and catering departments
- 2-3 years (minimum) experience in a Management role in high-volume, multi-outlet Food & Beverage operations
- A passion for high levels of guest engagement and experience
- Established and proven skills in multi-tasking, time management & organisation
- Strong leadership qualities and a genuine passion for the industry
- Been successful in leading large and diverse Food & Beverage teams
- Ability to lead by example with a hands-on and relatable approach
- Excellent communication skills both verbally and in writing
- A personal presentation in line with your 5 star background
