Gildan Brands Australia is seeking a creative and strategic **Marketing Specialist** to assist our Marketing Manager and lead our marketing initiatives across retail and e-commerce channels. - **Role Responsibilities**:

- Support business growth by developing and executing marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility and customer acquisition.
- Plan and create engaging content across traditional, digital and social media platforms.
- Manage e-commerce and retail marketing strategies, including promotions and advertising.
- Oversee and coordinate all marketing activities such as product launches, content shoots and campaigns, ensuring effective positioning and market impact.
- Coordinate marketing activations and events, including industry partnerships and sponsorships.
- Utilise data analytics to track campaign performance and optimise strategies.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
- Prepare reports and presentations to showcase marketing insights, research results and performance metrics.
- Develop brand strategies for our brand and sub-brands, ensuring brand visibility, and maintaining brand identity.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

**Education**:

- Bachelor Degree (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Marketing: 3 years (required)
- Adobe Acrobat: 1 year (required)
- Digital marketing: 1 year (required)
- Events management: 1 year (required)
- Web marketing: 1 year (preferred)
- Content creation: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driver Licence (required)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)

Willingness to travel:

- 25% (required)
