Join our vibrant and successful team and support our Tax Accountants at the top-rated tax practice in Australia. We are looking for 4 Team Leaders to join our Head Office team to assist with the day to day management of our remote Administration team.

This role is a short-term seasonal role and will commence in early June.

If you are an experienced Administration Assistant / Officer ready to lead a team, we want you.
- This role requires Head office attendance during training but then can be completed at home._

**The Admin team are responsible for the following tasks;**
- Client phone calls (in/out)
- Data entry
- Respond and action client administration requests
- Liaise with the ATO
- Liaise with clients

**Skills and Experience**
- Supportive and encouraging leadership style
- Ability to train staff
- Work to KPI's
- High attention to detail, organisation and time management skills
- Must be comfortable making phone calls
- A friendly demeanour with a flexible and willing attitude
- Accurate word processing skills
- Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office

**Working Hours**

Hours will average 30 hours per week on a Monday - Friday roster.
