Are you a compassionate, patient, and experienced support worker with a South Asian background or fluency in Bangla? We are looking for dedicated individuals to support two young brothers with complex support needs in Minto, NSW.

**About the Role**:
We are seeking a **Female Bangladeshi**-speaking and/or South Asian background support workers to assist two brothers (both with Autism Level 3 and severe intellectual disabilities). Non-verbal, incontinent, and with significant developmental delays. Support is provided at a 1:2 ratio (you will work with both children together).

Location: Minto 2566

Shifts: Monday to Friday

Morning: 7:00am - 9:00am

Afternoon: 2:45pm - 6:45pm

**Job Type**: Casual

Expected Hours: 30 hours/week

Pay Rate: $41.00 - $90.00hour (based on experience and qualifications)

**What You Need**:

- Proven experience supporting children with complex needs*
- Patience, reliability, and strong communication skills
- Fluency in Bangla and/or understanding of South Asian culture
- Your own reliable vehicle
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Working With Children Check
- First Aid & CPR
