Ashurst Reach is an integral part of the firm's NewLaw division, Ashurst Advance. Our focus is solving our clients' business problems through optimal efficiency, cost effectiveness and digitally innovative legal service delivery.

**The Opportunity**:

- 3 month contract (minimum period)
- Full-time or part-time (ideally 4 days minimum)
- Brisbane based
- A weel known company in the resources space is seeking support to backfill a lawyer in the legal team. This team has a great culture.

**Skills and Experience needed**:

- General commercial contracts experience, including some procurement experience
- A minimum of 6 years' experience
- Experience dealing with multiple stakeholders
- Project management skills highly regarded
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A commercial, can do attitude with an ability to integrate into a team and build relationships quickly
- The ability to rapidly understand and adapt to the needs of the business
- A current practising certificate (or the ability to get one immediately)
