**About the position**:

- Providing outstanding customer service over the phone and face-to-face.
- Welcoming clients and their pets to the clinic.
- Managing appointments for clinical staff.
- Liaising with vets and vet nurses to ensure efficient daily scheduling.
- Processing invoices and payments.
- Ensuring a neat and tidy presentation of the reception and waiting areas.

**About you**:

- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a customer service role is essential.
- Monday to Friday. Flexible hours. 76-hour fortnight.
- Vet clinic or animal care industry knowledge is advantageous but not essential
- having an affinity for animals and their care is most important.
- Must genuinely love helping clients, have strong communication and interpersonal skills and have a mature approach for tricky conversations
- Ability to multi-task with excellent time management skills and attention to detail.
- Computer, eftpos and banking skills required
- Ability to work independently as well as effectively contributing to a team environment.
- A positive approach to work and being part of a great team.
