**About the role and where you will be working**:
We are currently looking for a full time Recruitment Advisor to join our team located in our central office in Rivervale. This is a flexibility position with a mix of office and remote work (work from home).

We emphasize work life balance

This position is located in our central office in Rivervale with the option to work from home 1 or 2 days. This is a full time permanent role.

**Duties for this role may include the following**:

- Liaise with relevant universities to establish internship programs to attract talent
- Follow up onboarding documents

**To be considered for this role you'll be**:

- Minimum 1 year of experience in a TA/Recruitment role.
- Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems and job boards.
- High volume recruitment preferred.
- Ability to interpretate Awards and Agreements (preferred).
- Previously experienced in Health Care Recruitment (preferred).
