**Health & Safety Business Partner**

Citywide is recruiting for a highly experienced and engaging **Health & Safety Business Partner** on a 6 month contract to provide assistance to a very busy team. Your prior experience in fast paced, diverse and blue collar work environments together with strong communication skills will be highly valued.

**Responsibilities of the role include but are n**ot limited to**:

- Assisting with the review and update of Safety documentation including SWMS and SOPs, Policies and Procedures.
- Triaging incidents and allocating investigations
- Undertake Risk Assessments
- Analysing incident data and making recommendations for improving safety performance
- Developing an effective, sustainable safety leadership framework
- Assisting with safety reporting and preparation of meeting agendas/minutes
- Undertaking ICAM investigations
- Assisting with critical risk reviews

**Skills and qualifications required**:

- Demonstrated experience as a senior Safety Business Partner
- Tertiary qualifications in Health & Safety or related discipline
- Strong collaboration skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced, time sensitive environment with multiple deadlines
- Strong communication, interpersonal and influencing skills.
- Excellent time management and organisational skills.
