Airport West, Australia Roasting Warehouse Specialty Coffee Full time

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and supervise the daily operations of our Airport West cafe
- Manage, train, and mentor cafe team members
- Ensure exceptional customer service standards are maintained
- Oversee cash handling, daily reconciliation, and banking procedures
- Assist in implementing new menu items and seasonal offerings
- Monitor and maintain cleanliness and presentation of the cafe
- Ensure compliance with food safety and OH&S regulations

Required Skills & Experience:

- Minimum 2 years of specialty cafe supervision experience
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work weekends and various shifts

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $27.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 45 per week
