**Your role**:
As the Educational Leader you will spend your time supporting the Centre Manager in providing quality leadership to a passionate team of educators and liaising with families. Your experience and passion for early childhood education and leadership will enable you to ensure individual needs are catered for. This position requires you to work in a float position on the floor for part of the week which will enable you to oversee and support educators.

Your role will involve:

- collaboration with educators and providing curriculum direction and guidance
- supporting educators to effectively implement the cycle of planning to enhance programs and practices
- leading the development and implementation of an effective educational program in the service
- ensuring children’s learning and development are guided by the learning outcomes of the Early Years Learning Framework

**Requirements**:

- An ACECQA approved Diploma in Children's Services
- Blue Card (QLD Working with Children Check) or evidence of exemption
- Current First Aid and CPR Certificates
- Current Asthma and Anaphylaxis Management Certificates
- A passion for working with children
- A desire to become a member of a dedicated and supportive team of educators
