**About our South Brisbane Centre**

Edge Early Learning South Brisbane centre provides quality care and education for children 6 weeks to school age, in the heart of South Bank. The centre offers large circular windows, giving children a view of the city and encouraging them to inquire and investigate the outside world. As one child spies a passing fire truck the opportunity for a new lesson arises

The South Brisbane early learning centre features 4 levels with high quality resources and spacious play areas equipped with climbing forts, bike tracks, sandpits, water-play stations and more Our wonderful indoor/outdoor environment ensures outdoor play and communal mealtimes are never impacted by the weather.

**Are you our next Edge Coordinator/Lead Educator?**
As a Coordinator/Lead Educator you will have the drive and passion to develop strong connections with both families and team members. You will have a passion and love for working with children, along with:

- Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care, or actively 'studying towards'
- Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis Certificate or willingness to obtain
- Current Child Protection Training Certificate or willingness to obtain
- Current Blue Card
- Demonstrated leadership skills and commitment to mentoring team members
- Assisting the Centre Director with operational needs of the centre as required
- Full availability Monday to Friday for shifts

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 37.5 per week

**Salary**: Up to $32.01 per hour

- 8 hour shift
- Afternoon shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Flexible hours
- Monday to Friday

**Education**:

- Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Teaching: 1 year (preferred)
