About the Role
As the Principal, you will lead the school in delivering the vision of the department, driving initiatives that enhance student achievement and ensure high-quality teaching and learning. You will inspire and support staff to excel in their practice while fostering a positive, inclusive school culture. By nurturing strong relationships with students, teachers, the community, and stakeholders, you will create a collaborative environment where everyone is empowered to succeed and the school thrives as a vibrant learning community.
Your Responsibilities
As the Principal, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Lead the school community to develop, articulate and commit to a shared educational vision focussed on providing quality learning outcomes for all students.
- Uphold the principalship as a values based, ethical and moral activity.
- Embed socially just practices in daily school life.
- Set high standards for student and staff performance.
