**About the role**:
The Deal Structuring & Execution business provides a differentiated specialist service proposition for larger, more complex and sophisticated customers, providing industry and credit specialist expertise.

**In this role, you will be**:

- Leading a high performing team of Associates and Senior Associates
- Focused on delivering exceptional customer experiences and managing a team of like
- minded Associates and Senior Associates.
- Coaching, supporting and developing your team, whilst creating a strong culture of engagement and customer advocacy, using your exceptional people leader and CRE technical skills.
- Monitoring credit quality and managing risk including portfolio hygiene, in line with our Credit Appetite.
- Working closely with our CRE Specialised Business Banking Executive (BBE) and Bankers
- Embracing and implementing change.

**What we’re looking for**:

- Tertiary qualified with degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or Law. Property related tertiary qualifications are equally desirable.
- 8 plus years professional experience in the banking/financial industry with the focus on CRE specialisation.
- Demonstrated people leadership and coaching skills including strong communication and experience leading teams in multiple locations. This also includes building relationships within your team, Bankers and other internal and external stakeholders and developing the technical expertise of your team.
- Strong banking experience, across client engagement, debt structuring & execution, & portfolio management with the ability to provide technical advice and guidance regarding property lending, debt products and deal structuring with internal stakeholders.
- A team approach in collaborating widely across the organisation to obtain the best outcomes for customers.
