About the new role:
We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Service Manager to join SDS CARE, our esteemed organisation. As a Service Manager at SDS CARE, you will play a pivotal role in leading and growing our services, ensuring the highest level of support for our participants. Your primary responsibilities will include overseeing day-to-day operations, managing a team of staff members, and fostering a positive work environment. About You:
**Leadership and Strategic Growth**:
Develop and implement strategic plans to drive service growth at SDS CARE, expand our participant base, and enhance service offerings.

Lead, inspire, and motivate a team of service professionals at SDS CARE, providing guidance and support to achieve organizational goals.

Identify opportunities for service improvement, innovation, and expansion at SDS CARE to meet the evolving needs of participants.

**Participant Focus**:
Ensure participants' needs are at the forefront of service delivery at SDS CARE, fostering a culture of person-centered care and support.

Oversee participant intake processes, assessments, and individualized service planning at SDS CARE to ensure tailored and high-quality support.

Regularly evaluate participant feedback at SDS CARE and implement improvements to enhance their overall experience and outcomes.

**Team Management and Development**:
Recruit, train, and onboard service staff at SDS CARE, ensuring the right skills and expertise are present within the team.

Provide ongoing coaching, performance feedback, and professional development opportunities at SDS CARE to empower staff members.

Foster a positive work environment at SDS CARE that promotes teamwork, collaboration, and employee satisfaction.

**Operational Excellence**:
Ensure compliance with NDIS policies, procedures, and quality standards in all service delivery aspects at SDS CARE.

Oversee budgeting, resource allocation, and effective utilization at SDS CARE to optimize service efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

Implement and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) at SDS CARE to assess service performance and drive continuous improvement.

**Qualifications and Skills**:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., disability studies, social work, business administration) or equivalent experience.

Proven experience in a managerial or leadership role within the disability or healthcare sector.

Strong knowledge and understanding of the NDIS framework, policies, and procedures.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.

Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and inspire a diverse team.

Results-oriented mindset with a focus on service growth and participant satisfaction.

Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

High level of organizational and time management skills.

Proficiency in relevant software and technology platforms.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual, Temp to perm
Contract length: 6 months
Part-time hours: 25 per week

**Salary**: $35.00 - $42.00 per hour
