**About the Role**
As the Customer Service Manager, you will be required to provide leadership, guidance and direction to ensure effective supervision of the aftermarket service coordination activities, ensuring that all services provided by the aftermarket service coordinators team to internal and external customers are efficient, prompt and in line with policies, procedures and business goals.

**Your Duties**
- People Leadership of 12 Service Coordinators
- Build and maintain positive workplace morale and an effective coordinators team to support Aftermarket state managers
- Provide knowledge, advice, direction and feedback on a daily basis. Act as a mentor to direct reports
- Conduct annual Performance Reviews, Bonus Plan development and reviews. Talent Management of up-and-coming individuals and succession planning
- Supervisor the induction and orientation of new employees, oversee monthly Probation Reviews
- Act as a coach to direct reports, identify their training and career development, recommend training courses and follow up on their personnel records such as time sheets, discipline, leaves and absenteeism
- Utilise the scheduling function to ensure the most efficient utilisation of service labour whilst ensure customer needs and timelines are met
- Master data creation and maintenance, for customer master (contacts), service pricing, spare parts materials and equipment install base in collaboration with Key Users
- Support Aftermarket State Manager with service revenue targets and state team goals

**Skills and Experience**
- Experience within a service business management environment would be advantageous
- Previous experience in a Healthcare related environment
- Formal training or experience in the area of customer service
- Technical Acumen
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to ensure services are provided in a professional manner to customers
