**About Us**: St Mary Multicultural Early Learning is a trusted childcare provider in Sydney, dedicated to nurturing young minds and supporting families with high-quality early education and care. We’re looking for a creative and enthusiastic Social Media Coordinator to share our story, engage our community, and promote our services.

**Responsibilities**:

- Create and schedule engaging, family-friendly content for platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn
- Respond to comments and messages, building positive relationships with parents and the community
- Develop social media campaigns to promote childcare programs, events, and enrolments
- Monitor and report on social media performance using tools like Meta Business Suite or Sprout Social
- Collaborate with our team to ensure content reflects our values and complies with childcare regulations

**Requirements**:

- 1-2 years of experience in social media management, preferably in childcare, education, or family-focused sectors
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and audience engagement strategies
- Experience creating content with tools like Canva or similar (graphic design skills a plus)
- Excellent communication skills with a warm, professional tone suitable for families
- Understanding of Sydney’s childcare sector and compliance with privacy/ethical guidelines
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
